fairly clean hotel, very helpful stuff, handy and unbeatable location close to absolutly everything. great value for money and neat room with large bathroom, great value compared to other hotels. a huge variety of goodies for breakfast. location not far from the airport. fantastic customer care, parking onsite. late check-out.

The hotel is located in the NE suburbs of Melbourne, making it close to everything we needed during our stay. We were attending an event and were pleased to find that the hotel was conveniently situated. Additionally, there were plenty of nearby restaurants where we enjoyed a lovely Christmas lunch. The rooms were well-appointed with modernized decor and comfortable beds. We especially appreciated the queen size bed provided, ensuring a good night's sleep. The basic amenities were all in place, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a fridge on top of which there were breakfast items. The attention to detail and the friendly service provided by the staff made our stay enjoyable.

All aspects of our stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

Why give us a non smoking room when all the smokers congregate outside our room and the smoke makes its way into our room???

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff. It had a convenient location close to our family, restaurants for Christmas lunch, and easy access to transportation. The parking facilities were also great.

The place was great value. Had really really nice stay of two nights with excellent staff and handy location close to train station. Location: the hotel was right by Greensborough city centre, and the NE suburbs of Melbourne. Apart from that, Nepean Park was 10 minutes away by driving.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was weak.

The lights in the room didn't work apart from the bathroom. The room stunk of cigarettes. Definitely get what you pay for.

It made it very convenient to explore the area and access all the amenities I needed. Secondly, the room itself was well-appointed, with modernized decor and a comfortable queen size bed. It was exactly what I was looking for and provided a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start my day. I was impressed with the value for money, attention to detail, and the friendly staff who made my stay memorable.

All in all, everything was ok during my stay.

Nice little and cute venue, comfy location right by Melbourne for the first time, the occasional trucks and the Airport, loved our stay. The room was amazing and good value for money with a clean bathroom.

Got two free drinks on arrival and a complimentary breakfast. the location was great, close to the university and easy access to public transport. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfy bed.

The room was noisy, the fridge kept making loud noises all night. the towels were old and worn out.

This hotel was conveniently located on the edge of a busy Greensborough highway, amidst some roadworks, which may cause minor inconveniences but nothing major. Despite this, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast options were decent enough to start the day. The vending machines in the lobby were also a nice touch.

The lack of seating and storage space in the rooms was a drawback, and towels were not absorbent.
